Omar, 37, an architect, and Tracy, 35, a medical sales manager for an infant probiotic company, bought their three-bedroom home for $285,000 in December 2016 and moved in this past October after renovations. They got married last year.
WHY THEY BOUGHT IT “We knew we wanted to renovate, and we felt it was a good canvas to work from,” Omar says. “It was something that had potential, a layout we could work with and good bones.”
