Real estate agents have been using social media to market properties for a while now. In the past few years, the photo-sharing app Instagram has emerged as a less formal, and slightly more personal way to connect with potential buyers and sellers. Here are several Long Island real estate agents using Instagram to show a different side of the market to clients.Yadlynd Cherubin (@yadlynd) (Credit: Keller Williams Realty Greater Nassau)
Yadlynd Cherubin, 40, lives in Valley Stream and covers much of Nassau County, including Valley Stream, Elmont, Rockville Centre and Lynbrook, for Keller Williams Realty Greater Nassau. “I use Instagram as a platform to connect with potential buyers, sellers and individuals who may believe homeownership is beyond their reach,” Cherubin says.
